Dorm Room Fund is a student-run venture capital firm established in 2012 by First Round Capital, focusing on investing in student-run startups. Operating across multiple U.S. cities, including San Francisco, New York City, Philadelphia, and Boston, Dorm Room Fund is managed by full-time undergraduate and graduate students.

The firm has supported companies that have collectively raised over $300 million in venture capital from prominent investors such as Y Combinator, Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, and Union Square Ventures. In 2019, Dorm Room Fund expanded its investment scope by launching the Graduate Fund, a pre-seed fund targeting recent graduates of undergraduate or master's programs. Additionally, in January 2018, Dorm Room Fund's Head of Engineering, Yasyf Mohamedali, introduced VCWiz, a tool designed to assist founders in researching, discovering, and connecting with seed-stage investors.
