About

Endeavor is a global non-profit organization founded in 1997 by Linda Rottenberg and Peter Kellner, headquartered in New York City. Its mission is to support high-impact entrepreneurs in emerging and underserved markets by providing mentorship, resources, and access to a global network. By fostering these entrepreneurs, Endeavor aims to create a multiplier effect that drives economic growth and job creation.

As of August 2023, Endeavor has supported over 1,100 high-impact entrepreneurs leading more than 650 companies, collectively generating over $7 billion in annual revenues and creating over 500,000 jobs. The organization operates in over 25 offices across Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the United States. Endeavor's approach includes selecting entrepreneurs with the potential to scale rapidly, providing them with tailored support, and connecting them to a network of mentors and investors.

This strategy has led to the emergence of several successful companies, such as Rappi, SWVL, and FIGS. In 2024, Endeavor announced a deal to go private, valuing the company at $13 billion, with Silver Lake as the primary investor.
