OMERS Ventures is the venture capital arm of OMERS, the pension plan for Ontario’s municipal employees. In August 2023, OMERS Ventures decided to exit the European market to refocus its efforts on North America, citing the region's resilience amid economic challenges.

The firm now operates offices in Toronto, New York, and San Francisco, continuing to support its North American portfolio companies.
