Qiming Venture Partners is a China-based venture capital firm established in 2006 by Gary Rieschel and Duane Kuang. The firm primarily invests in technology, internet, and healthcare sectors across China. Notable early investments include ByteDance, Xiaomi, Meituan, and Bilibili.

As of August 2024, Qiming manages assets totaling US$9.5 billion. In 2017, the firm expanded its presence by establishing Qiming Venture Partners (USA). In February 2025, Nisa Leung, a prominent figure in China's healthcare investment sector, stepped down from her position as managing partner after a 19-year tenure.
