Third Point Ventures (TPV) is the venture capital arm of Third Point LLC, a New York-based asset management firm founded in 1995 by Daniel S. Loeb. TPV focuses on early-stage investments, providing growth capital and cross-over investments to companies in sectors such as consumer, crypto, data, AI & analytics enterprise, DevOps, software, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, industrial, media, fintech, mobile, gaming & metaverse, mobility, and healthcare technology.

The firm is co-managed by Daniel S. Loeb and Robert Schwartz, who has over 25 years of experience in private equity and technology company management. TPV has a history of successful investments, including SentinelOne, Verbit, Next Silicon, Trullion, and Forter.

In October 2022, TPV expanded its global presence by opening an office in Tel Aviv, Israel, to actively invest in Israeli startups, particularly in cybersecurity, enterprise software, and data infrastructure.
